Family Unity – Discussion

“Comment on the aforesaid tittle.”

Poll Questions:

  • What is family?
  • What is unity?
  • What is family unity?
  • How can family unity be maintained?
  • How to safeguard family from jeopardy?

You may answer any question, or you could even share thoughts on any other sub-subject (not mentioned in the poll). Once you do, I’ll reply you! This way a discussion will begin and we all will be able to learn/share new opinions and thoughts. Waiting for your ideas!

P.S. I’ve written an article based on the topic, and will be sharing it soon.

  1. True indeed! Intellect/wisdom are essential during family interactions. In fact, any interaction that is devoid of intellect and wisdom is considered counteract.

  2. Indeed! The very core of a family unit is love. Relationships go nowhere if there is no unconditional love.
Helping one another shows the purpose of being together! Everyone loves it when they know there is someone who will always be there for them.

  4. Family unity is found when the family works together. As for what family is, that is open to interpretation. It is considered by many to be, Mom, Dad, kids, and perhaps a pet or two. And extended family includes aunts, uncles, cousins, grandparents, etc. And now a days, there are also step-parents/children, foster parents, etc. To me, a family isn’t so easily defined. Family isn’t always connected either by blood, marriage, or living situations. A family is people that are bound together by mutual love and respect for one another. Some of my closest friends are considered to be family. There are even people I have never met in person that I have met online through blogging that I consider family. And this, WordPress that is, in a way, is family to me. No matter how you define family, I feel we should all work together to support one another, lift one another up, and make the relationships last. 🙂

  5. Absolutely Superb!
Your definition of a family makes total sense and is, without a doubt, remarkable!
Talking about a portion of your explanation, “Friends are born, not made”, says Henry Adam. Of course, according to Henry, one can technically and realistically claim that friends are just like family, or they are family, as you just asserted.
How great of you to consider the whole WordPress community as your very own family. Only some would have the guts to say that out in open.
Anyone can pay heed to your advice and learn something important and loving.
Thanks you very much for sharing your views with us, we appreciate it a lot!

  6. What is life without love? 🙂 Thank you for this post and for getting people to think and to open up. It’s a great thing to be able to get others to think and to be able to inspire them!
